A. For every successful order, you will receive an email and an SMS confirming the order. If in case the order was not placed successfully, we request you to place the order again.

A. Follow these steps: As you are a registered customer with us, you can always log in to your account and you will be able to see the status of your order.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. An order can be canceled via your Styleeish account page until the order is shipped out. Go to order history page and cancel the order.
In case the order is already shipped out, please call us at +91- 8897261005or write to us via firstname.lastname@example.org page. We will initiate the cancellation process.
Q. How do I add new products or remove some products from my order?
A. You will have to cancel the order via your order history page. Once done, you can place a fresh order with the required products. If want to add or remove something from cart we have the cross button to remove the product.
Q. Will you list the items ordered in the package/box received?
A. We follow secret packaging, hence we do not mention product details on the package. However, we do send an invoice for the order placed with the product details to your email id.
Q. Can I change my shipping address/Contact details after I have placed my order?
A. We can certainly change the address in case the order is not yet shipped from our end. Call us at +91- 8897261005 or write us at email@example.com to get it changed with your order no and other details like where you want to ship…etc. If the order is already shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes.
Q. I am placing an order as a gift. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
A. As per Indian Tax Regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price./p>

A. Delivery time depends on your pin code. You can always check by entering your pin code on the product page, below 'ADD TO CART' button.

A. We ship all our orders within 24-48 hours. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier details. Please login to check your order details.

A. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier partner's website. If you are unable to track your shipment post 24 hours, do call us at +91- 8897261005or mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to track your order.
Q. Am I not in town on the delivery date? Can I choose my delivery date?
A. Once the order is placed, please call us at +91- 8897261005 or email@example.com and we will try to deliver the order to your preferred date. Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. If the order is shipped it will be bit difficult, so need to give the date and time immediately to us via mail or phone number.

A. In our price GST is included, it's just for taxation purpose we show basic price and tax charged only in Invoice.

A. Yes. If you return the product as per the returns policy then the applicable GST amount will also be refunded to your payment mode account.

Q. The amount has been deducted from the account but the order has not been placed.
A. This could be one the challenges faced when the transaction times out. However if the order is not successfully placed in our system, it will automatically return the amount to your bank within 7 working days.

A. Please follow the return policy to read through our terms and conditions on the Return policy. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached to the original box packing within 10 days of delivery. Please follow the return policy for all related information.

A. We depend on our courier partners to provide reverse pickup facility across India. You can raise a return request by logging in to your account to confirm the serviceability of your Pincode. It will take 48-72 hrs for pickup service.

A. If you received a product as a gift from loved ones and need to return it to an alternate size, please follow our returns guidelines. Login and raise a request for returning the item.
Q. Can I return any product bought from Styleeish?
A. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of a few products, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Swimwear, Panties, Stick-On Bras, pasties and other accessories. Rest of the category can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

A. No. Discounts are time bound and may vary from time to time. If the special discount for you it will be one-time use only. After return of product you will get credit of actual amount you paid in your bank account and if placing new order before your account is credited then you have to make new payment and you can apply normal discount code valid for all (if applicable).
Q. Will I get the discount amount as a part of my refund value?
A. No. Marketing discounts are non-refundable.
