We have a very easy hassle-free return policy. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached to the original box packing within 7-10 days of goods delivered.
Please note that Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Swimwear, Briefs, Panties, Stick-On Bras, pasties and some of the accessories.
Products that are sold as packs/set cannot be returned as individual items.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you have asked for will not be gift wrapped.
Pickup will be done within 48-72hrs of placing return order.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
After checking the product only we approve refund which will take another 10 working days to reflect into your account
Our Payment gateway partner takes mostly 8-10 working days for refund of your full amount to your bank account or credit card account once we inform them to refund the amount into your account after checking the condition of the goods received at our warehouse.
